Serve as a member of the Executive Team, managing five (5) employees across four (4) departments: Community Engagement, Development, Property Management, and Facilities Maintenance. Act in an advisory role and as liaison for the President and CEO, and Chief Operating Officer on special projects. Selected Contributions- Collaborate with staff on grant writing, securing nearly $5.0 Million in public and private funding to create new affordable housing- Secure $4.6 Million in private funding to purchase permanent headquarters for the agency- Coordinate the 25 by 25 agency initiative for the acquisition, renovation, and leasing of 25 properties under the National Housing Trust Fund, Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs by 2025, which will be accomplished in 2023- Oversee the reorganization of all housing operations for more than 80 affordable housing units within 23 properties including group homes, shared living homes, and multifamily buildings, as well as 4 commercial spaces occupied by employees.
