I am the Managing Director of the Manchester based video production agency, Glacé Media. We started out as a group of video and film enthusiasts who were producing video across the North West of England. We have now extended our reach to work with companies across the UK and Europe on a range of exciting and creative projects.My role sees me take the lead on Glacé\'s business growth, finding new sectors that we believe our exciting brand of video production can thrive in. For me, business and creativity shouldn\'t operate as two separate entities. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, which to me means that every business decision made is in an attempt to help shape the overall creative vision of the company.
