Experienced Estate Agent | Sales Manager at OakheartI’ve been in estate agency for over 10 years now, and it’s safe to say I’ve seen (and done) just about everything the industry has to offer. I’m currently the Sales Manager at Oakheart Colchester, where I’ve been since March 2025; and in that short time, we’ve already hit a personal best month, which I’m incredibly proud of.What drives me most is people. I genuinely care about giving every client the best possible experience from start to finish. Along the way: communicating clearly, being proactive, and making what can be a stressful process feel simple and supported.Before joining Oakheart, I spent eight years helping a start-up grow from the ground up. I worked my way from a junior position all the way up to Assistant Manager, learning every role along the way. That experience taught me the importance of teamwork, resilience, and attention to detail but most importantly, it showed me the real difference great customer service can make.Having done every job in estate agency, I can confidently guide my clients through the entire moving process from start to finish. I’m passionate about what I do, proud of the relationships I build, and always striving to raise the bar in how we serve our clients.
