   Tesla, January 2018 - Present Associate Manager of Non-Hazardous Recycling/Cell Recycling/Grounds Crew • Manage non-hazardous and battery recycling operations with a direct/indirect headcount of 80+ personnel, diverting ~85% of the facility\'s waste from landfills while maximizing revenue recouped. • Ensure all training and reporting are completed by supervisors, including mobile equipment, safety, EHS, and HR while consulting with third-party vendors for scheduling and dispatching of material shipments and coordination. • Collaborate with manufacturing and production control teams to identify any waste management needs and implement waste collection, transportation, and disposal while administering recycling material sales by invoicing recycling material buyers, reconciling sales accounts, and tracking aging reports. • Review KPIs daily to capture performance improvement opportunities, and schedule and coordinate completion of equipment preventative maintenance and other repairs, utilizing lean manufacturing principles. • Manage a crew of journeymen and apprentices that maintained the site\'s beautification and standardization efforts.
