About Marcus Hackler

I have been a California State Licensed General Contractor since 1987 when I opened my own General Contracting business in California, and my license remains active. My expertise in the building construction industry is in high-end residential, multi-family, commercial structures, historical buildings, and medical faciities. I sold my business in and thought I would retire. Bored, I joined the Mitigation/Restoration Industry in with a local Service Master franchise and served as their Construction Manager until 2002 when I was apporached by a National Environmental Group and agreed to become their Western Region General Manger overseeing Environmental Superfund Clean Up Projects. In 2009 I moved on from the environmental field and took a position with a national Mitigation/Restoration company as their Southern California Regional Vice President, promoting to the position of COO. After ten years, I again thought about retirement but the forces to be had a different plan and I agreed to join a National Building Consultant Company as their Western Regional Manager. Since 2019, I have been leading a highly talented group of building consultants in: CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AR, NM, UT, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, and TN. Our expertise lies in large insurance losses where we perfom as Building Consultants, Appraisers, Umpires, Building Code Professionals, Estimators, Clerk of the Works, and Construction Managers.
