Handling 1st and 3rd party commercial auto PD, BI, general liability, and litigation claims. As a third-party administrator (TPA), I work closely with Athens’ client accounts to investigate, adjudicate, and resolve their property and casualty claims in a timely and accurate fashion. I handle assigning counsel to defend suits and work closely with defense counsel to defend and settle claims. I conduct claims review sessions with client accounts to go over claims status and trajectory, and I review client guides to ensure proper loss reporting. I conduct reserve reviews, coverage analysis, liability investigations, rental vehicle monitoring, medical bill and report reviews, BI evaluations, total loss settlements, and summons and complaint and BI demand reviews.
