Review and approve domestic indirect tax return filings in over 40 states with over $50 million of tax reported annually. • Manage indirect tax returns outsourced compliance process including tax data, filings, payments and notices • Respond to both internal and external tax questions regarding taxability of the Company’s products and services, tax exemption disputes • Determine appropriate sales tax sourcing for various products and services, including cloud based products, for complex multi-state transactions • Prepare property tax returns • Assist with other tax related responsibilities such as making estimated payments, preparing forms and various reconciliations • Assists leadership to ensure complete, timely and responsive audit defense of our indirect tax positions.
