Marcus Dow Owner of Maximum Impact Fitness LLC. Certified Personal Trainer [NESTA] Cross-Fit Certified Certified Athletic Coach My name is Marcus Dow and i’ve spent the last five years guiding my clients to lose weight, gain strength and live a healthier life style. I hold NESTA, CrossFit and athletic coaching certifications. Personal training is a way of life to me, there is nothing I enjoy more than to meet new people and see them achieve their goals. When I’m not training I am a competitive weightlifter, twice qualifying for nationals and gunning for a third. I played college football at Ellsworth College and was recently starting linebacker for the semi-professional football team the Quad City Raiders.
