Specific Location: Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction-Collaborate with a fellow security officer to maintain the safety and security of the facility, ensuring peace and good order by interacting respectfully and professionally with various clients, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those with mental health challenges- Conduct hourly foot patrols to monitor the premises and address issues such as loitering or sleeping, requesting individuals to leave the property in accordance with facility policies-Manage and coordinate the line of people waiting to be attended at the front of the Ministry, ensuring orderly conduct and reducing congestion- Document and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
