Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to provide research, analysis, and planning support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate as part of a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell supporting U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) at Fort Shafter, Hawaii-Provide assistance to senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USARPAC senior leader consumption-Provide research and analysis of various EW related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises with a specific focus on USARPAC related operations-Utilize experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) focused on USARPAC operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific-Serves as a Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Planner for USARPAC G3 CEMA in matters relating to EW policies, programs, capabilities, and exercise goals and objectives for USARPAC Joint Strategic Planning for joint exercises in the Pacific Region to meet its Wartime Mission-Develops long-range EW objectives and strategic plans for USARPAC/INDOPACOM by implementing experimental concepts of EW to enhance ability to detect, intercept, identify, locate, record and analyze sources of radiated electromagnetic energy for the purposes of immediate threat recognition or long term operation planning-Develops and monitors exercise EW objectives. May prepare after action reviews, recommend refined objectives and execution alternatives-Attends planning conferences, resource allocations, organization structures, and performance analysis from an EW prospective to support USARPAC/INDOPACOM Joint exercises.
