My experience spans across various industries to include Corporate, Non-Profit, Religious, and Education spheres.As a DEI focused Consultant/Strategist, I am able to support organizations with developing and executing DEI strategies and implementation such as recruiting, people management, people development, and organizational structure.I hold a Doctorate of Education degree in Education, Policy, and Organizational Leadership - Diversity & Equity from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My dissertation focused on the lived experience of males of color and its implications of those males as professionals in the workplace. This work is a testament to my strong passion for equity which fuels my personal objective of Making Certain Everyone: Achieves, Gains, Leads, and Excels (McEagle).Those who work with me would attest that I am an effective leader through direct leadership & influence. I have a keen ability to solve problems and am not afraid to uncover solutions that seem impossible to find.
