I’m also an Inc. contributor, member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and an attorney licensed in PA, NJ, and NY.Since 2004, I’ve been on a mission to take one of the most old-school, paper-heavy parts of real estate—title, insurance, closings, and settlements—and rebuild it with technology, AI, and smarter processes.
