On Bain’s Global Human Resources Programs team, I lead complex global HR initiatives that support the Global HR Business Partner organization. My work spans reorganizations, acquisitions, workforce transitions, performance cycles, policy management and communications, and contingent workforce operations, with a focus on rebuilding processes, governance, and systems to improve execution and reduce risk. I partner with Talent, Technology, Legal, Compensation, Benefits, Procurement, and M&A teams to enable consistent program delivery across the Global HRBP organization. This work impacts more than employees in 50+ offices across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
