About Marc Robinson
I am a Physical Therapist and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with 11 years of experience in orthopedics. My work has always centered on solving problems, improving outcomes, and finding better ways to support people through recovery.I have a particular interest in meniscus health and created a support group that now connects more than people worldwide. I also have experience starting two health-focused businesses, which gave me a deeper understanding of how innovation can shape healthcare delivery.Currently I am building skills in value-based care, clinical informatics, data analytics, and Lean Six Sigma. I am also exploring how artificial intelligence can improve healthcare. Over the past year, I have invested more than 100 hours into building an AI chatbot for meniscus recovery, teaching myself the basics of agentic AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and TypeScript. I plan to take formal courses in Python and SQL to gain a technical understanding of digital transformation in health care.My next goal is to move into a Director or VP role in healthcare management within the next three to five years. Long term, I aspire to serve as a CEO. To prepare for that path, I will be starting my MBA (God-willing) at San Diego State University with a concentration in healthcare management.At the heart of my work is a commitment to excellence, curiosity, and building solutions that make a meaningful difference.
