Project: MTA C&D Railcar Acceptance & Testing Facility in Brooklyn $92M Contract#: C-33942Responsibilities include- Ensure NYS/NYC/NFPA/FDNY/SMACNA code compliant installation of fire protection, plumbing, mechanical ductwork and mechanical piping- Build relationships with subcontractors and their field personnel - Direct subcontractors to perform work in accordance with project schedule - Track and report progress and quantities on weekly and monthly basis- Create shop drawings/details using AutoCAD- Coordinate installations/work areas with other trades as necessary to minimize lost time and work area conflicts - Enforce quality control through material inspections, storage inspections, and installation checklists
