Matured with a technical background, I am always interested in the inner workings of technologies.I\'m currently working in the network deployment group at Iliad Italia, looking after Iliad brand new network creation and development. As an ICT consultant for 10 years, I had the opportunity to work for leading mobile operators (3 Group, WIND, Vodafone), and also for handset and TLC equipment manufacturers, such as INQ Mobile and HUAWEI. During my whole career I’ve been exposed to very fast-paced environments with complex problems and politics. I’ve learnt to effectively prioritise issues to lead projects to successful completion and deliver beyond expectations.In my daily job, I enjoy looking after the evolution of the end to end process, cooperating with all project stakeholders and liaising between different cross-functional teams. Based on my experience, I believe that developing and customising proper tools and processes is fundamental to project success. It can also help to easily scale towards more complex scenarios.
