As a Sr CRA Manager at Medpace, I support and develop a team of CRAs who manage clinical trials to ensure new drugs are developed as fast as possible in compliance with the protocol, local regulations, and ICH GCP, to provide novel treatments for patients. With over 12 years experience in clinical research plus 7 years in drug discovery, I have over 9 years of line management experience, wtih responsibilities for project resourcing, training & development, escalation management, and recruitment.Prior to joining Medpace, I was a Research Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, where I gained experience in synthetic organic chemistry, drug discovery, and medicinal chemistry. I also have a post-doctorate degree in organic chemistry and multiple courses in clinical trial monitoring. I am passionate about bringing positive change in society through the pharmaceutical industry and other personal development opportunities. As an active member and leader of Junior Chamber International (JCI)- a global network of young professionals and entrepreneurs - for over 19 years, I have organised and participated in various events, projects, and competitions that foster personal development, social impact, and international collaboration.
