About Marco Troiano

I am a graduate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business interested in pursuing a career in marketing and entrepreneurship. My interest in starting a business stems from my third generation family restaurant, J.B. Alberto\'s Pizza. Through my experiences working at the restaurant and growing its presence on social media, I have excelled in leadership, marketing and customer service roles. I am appreciative of these opportunities and the skills I have gained from them which have given me confidence to one day start my own thriving business.

   My family business needed to grow a presence on social media, so I decided to take over all forms of social media under the business\'s name. My goal was to promote products and reach new audiences for the business- Stimulated marketing abilities on social media by taking over the company Facebook account, which now has over followers, and creating a twitter and Instagram accounts, which have followers, that are all used actively- Enhanced customer service experience by responding to complaints posted or messaged by customers on these social media platforms in a sufficient manner- Crafting marketing campaigns, giveaways and competing in social media competitions greatly strengthened creative thinking skills.
