I am responsible for Enterprise AI across the DACH region. Co-leading the Modern Apps & AI Business Unit with a team of 15 specialists. Full P&L responsibility and AWS Partnership Management for Storm Reply DACH. Building production-grade Agentic AI systems and Agentic SaaS products for enterprise clients. Specializing in AI-augmented workforces, combining business consulting with technical implementation to transform how organizations integrate AI and human expertise. This includes change management, transformation strategies, and empowering teams to work effectively alongside AI systems.\' In our client projects, we see the real-world impact of AI systems: • % in administrative processes, cutting 35-minute tasks to 10 minutes • processed with intelligent classification and response generation • for B2B lead generation using multi-agent systemsThese results stem from our team\'s deep expertise in AWS Bedrock services, and our role as AWS Bedrock AgentCore Launch Partner. We don\'t just build AI systems, we ensure they deliver measurable business outcomes in production. Our team combines technical depth with the business acumen to identify high-ROI use cases and manage organizational change. I remain hands-on and technical while focusing intensely on team development. Growth happens through trust and deliberately sharing responsibility.
