My professional experience is supplemented with a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a passion for innovation and process improvement. Currently, the City Manager for the City of Trenton. The City Manager is the Chief Executive Officer overseeing all day-to-day operations of the City of Trenton - community of over residents. The responsibilities of this position consist of highly specialized administrative and managerial oversight of the various departments.Previously responsible for the recruitment/hiring process for an organization of roughly 650 FTEs, inclusive of Police, Fire, Public Utilities, Planning, Building, Economic Development, Strategy and Information, and Finance.
