As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, I provide thought leadership and support on the company’s talent acquisition needs. Currently leading the firm’s internship program, which includes recruiting, developing and executing skill building and industry knowledge programming. In addition, I lead the execution of National Campus Recruiting Program, identifying, and developing diversity recruiting strategies at all levels, as well as leading the partnership of diverse actuary associations.Other areas of responsibility include:• Full cycle recruiting of various organizational roles and collaborate with HR Business Partners.• Member of national team that updated the firm’s diversity sourcing, updated the interview processes to mitigate unconscious bias, and developed strategies to improve recruiting outcomes.• Developed recruiting metrics reports and tools for the firm’s leadership to track all recruiting outcomes.• Co-lead on the creation and maintenance of the firm’s tool measuring recruiting demographics.• Job board vendor management, to include developing strategies to improve utilization, and outcomes. • Lead on Taleo and Oracle Business Intelligence® reporting, creating, and providing management recruiting, demographics and diversity sourcing reports.
