Regarding Cloud and Infrastructure, this role is responsible for the implementation and operations of all the Cloud technology and infrastructure of IPC NA, which includes the Azure Cloud, network and communications services, IT operations monitoring and maintenance, user support, workstation management, storage solutions, and related software.
