Manage the integration of several practices on cash basis and move them to accrual basis. Immediately take over the administrative functions, including the monthly revenue adjudication, treasury, risk management, payroll, general accounting, etc… • Manage financial covenant/bank reporting, EBITDA reconciliation and addbacks, operational reports, etc. • Prepare 13 weeks cash forecast and liquidity report • Work with FP & A and Operation departments to understand monthly internal financial variances, drivers, etc
