ABOUT MARCOS HADJICHARALAMBOUS
I currently work as a Planning Advisor in ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions Company where I am focused on developing new businesses which leverage ExxonMobil’s capabilities to lead in the energy transition and help decarbonize hard-to-abate industries. I’ve previously worked in operations and flow assurance where I worked on a variety of upstream projects and supported various producing assets to improve operational efficiencies and optimize production. I am passionate about sustainability, energy, finance, and entrepreneurship. I have an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in business administration through the Ross Business School at University of Michigan. I supplemented my undergraduate degree with a master\'s degree in Energy Systems Engineering at University of Michigan where I focused on life cycle assessments, energy systems modeling, energy supply/demand forecasting, and financing energy projects. I love collaborating in diverse teams and innovating to come up with unconventional solutions to complex problems related to the energy industry.
