Quality Performance Leader – India & Russian Clusters • Build improvement plans to support the Clusters in standards implementations, skills and performance management• Carry out and / or pilot training missions, business coaching, evaluation activities and participate in Cluster QCD optimization• Capitalization Global Group activities (best practices, benchmarks), in synergies and convergence with the Group\'s partners• Support the Cluster to improve the Customer service (Always keep the customer in mind)• Encourage the development of the Cluster by encouraging, motivating and sharing regular and constructive feedback (Learn daily)• Guide the Cluster team towards greater agility and ensure decision-making (Keep it simple)Plant Supplier Quality Manager – Renault-Flins Plant• Assure the conformity of Suppliers parts in the Renault plant.• Manage the Suppliers non-conformities detected in the plant and at the customers. Identified problems, corrective and preventive actions since the protection of the internal processes, to the root cause eradication.• Develop short-term plans and set long-term development goals, through suppliers performance improvement projects.• Escalation Quality and chargeback issues to Renault plants, Quality Direction and Purchase.• Define and support the Team skills improvement, through training and coaching.Supplier Sites Development Leader – Renault French West Cluster• Responsible (One Voice) of a Supplier sites panel, grouped under one or more technology, ensuring the quality level and obtaining the validated parts, with specified characteristics by Engineering.• Manage all validation activities within quality management systems and manufacturing processes in the upstream phase, project and in the series life.• Lead the Suppliers evaluations to mitigate industrial risks. Put in place tools and actions to support the Supplier development.• Participate in internal and external Renault – Nissan – Mitsubishi teams.
