   Transitioned into a Supervisor role. I manage a team of 8 technicians for Southern California. I am in charge of calling clients to schedule monthly PM’s and services, scheduling technicians, auditing data to ensure they are in within metric, onboarding new technicians, develop strategies to capture past due services. I am also in the field performing services and PM’s on a regular basis. I helped correct database that was overdue for months up to years by delegation, creating excel sheets and following up. Our two parameters we give technicians have been met which is a feature that was never done. Year Two- Using my processes I developed, I am able to effectively schedule technicians for PMs and service calls. Doing so, it allows to also monitor database to be closed or entered. Our metrics continue to be well and that allows technicians training meetings to be hosted monthly. I brought forth the first technical training meeting and the impact was noticed immediately.I am on the field less as managing the flow is a never ending process. I ensure all technicians have all tools and analyzers needed. I respond to urgent calls within 24 hours by rearranging the schedule when needed. It is now maintaining the flow and database which is bringing great ROI by quarter and year for my area of responsibility.
