I\'m Marcos Altamirano Toriz, a motivated professional with a diverse educational background and a passion for real estate, finance, and community engagement. My journey began with an Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Morgan Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from Colorado State University. My coursework in finance, business analytics, real estate principles, business ethics, and customer relationships has equipped me with a strong foundation.Currently, I\'m contributing as an Intern in the NAIOP-Colorado Real Estate Development, Financing & Operations Bridge Program. In this role, I excel at communicating complex financial information and investment strategies to stakeholders and investors. I\'ve been instrumental in recording, overseeing, and enhancing real estate investment portfolios, resulting in remarkable asset appreciation. Additionally, my ability to evaluate market research and feasibility studies helps identify emerging real estate opportunities and trends, enabling well-informed strategic investments.Beyond my professional experience, I\'m deeply committed to making a positive impact. As a Mentor in the First-Generation Mentoring Program, I provide specialized support to students in ELD classes, migrant education, and underserved backgrounds, addressing the need for Spanish-language social-emotional support. I\'m also a Fellow in the Adelante Fellowship, where I contribute to alleviating food insecurity among older adults in Larimer County, leading marketing efforts and organizing operational aspects.My involvement in Phi Delta Theta has allowed me to actively participate in philanthropic events and community service projects. I\'ve raised funds and awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig\'s Disease) through the Iron Phi Program, volunteered at local shelters, organized park clean-up events, and provided assistance in tutoring programs for underserved communities.With proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and skills encompassing financial literacy, public speaking, marketing, communication, data analytics, leadership, teamwork, programming, and mentorship, I\'m a well-rounded professional. Being bilingual in Spanish and English enhances my ability to connect with diverse audiences.I am passionate about real estate, finance, and giving back to the community, and I\'m excited to explore new opportunities, collaborations, and connections in these areas.
