I’m responsible for managing the Information and Communication Technology Department of CIFA, the World class leading producer of machines for production, transport and placing of concrete, with a total annual turnover exceeding 200 million euros and Plants in Europe, USA and Middle East.I oversee IT operations in Italy, France, Germany, and the USA, leading the Group\'s digital transformation through the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. I coordinate the activities of Teams on IT projects and I manage services dedicated to the resolution of technical and applicative issues.I am responsible for defining and leading the implementation strategy for cybersecurity and business continuity across the organization. This includes assessing risks, establishing security policies and frameworks (i.e NIS2, etc), coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Responsibilities and results so far• I’m in charge of providing IT governance for aligning IT strategy with Enterprise business strategy. • I’m responsible for the ICT strategic planning, asset & portfolio budgeting, with a periodical status reporting to the Board.• Responsible for re-organizing the Group’s IT Department and in charge of defining a new ICT model, streamlining the distributed IT systems, infrastructure and procedures. • I coordinate the activities of the IT Team, guaranteeing a constant Program Management supervision on Digital Transformation projects.• I’m planning and defining the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA for all the Companies and Countries.• I’m managing the IT service provision guaranteeing adequate quality standards and managing the IT Team to provide hardware and software maintenance, data protection and risk management.• I’m defining the road to the new ICT Business Continuity model, based on different layers and solutions.
