Working within the HR Department, responding directly to the HR Manager.Managing the hunting and recruiting activities for permanent positions and resources working at the Headquarter and abroad- Recruiting activities (job posting, screening cv, interviews)- Contacts with recruiting agencies in italy or abroad- Participation to fairs- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc- Support in onboarding activities- Support branches and headquarter in Visa process activities.
