I’m responsible for the overall development life cycle of data and services in the Business Intelligence and Data Integration domain. This involves implementing a comprehensive data ecosystem and modernizing infrastructure to support new business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making- Leading the Center of Excellence for AI e AI Gen Application overseeing a team of colleagues and business partners with diverse skill sets to foster growth in AI and generative AI capabilities- Leading a technical team of data experts who develop data and business intelligence solutions on on-premise infrastructure to achieve target scope- Rearchitecting the entire data area, processes, people and tech and business collaboration to make data as a service (secure, high quality, rich, fast, and easy to use)- Applying product and software development mindset to data projects to determine solutions that further business goals and align with corporate technology strategies- Growth the data team and introduce new skills, talents and expertise following the new company goals and to adopt new data technologies - Provide resource plans, budget tracking and forecasting- Managing partners and fostering strong collaboration between internal and external resources and services
