I am an executive manager with long experience in full cycle SW design, production and maintenance for very large projects in remote sensing and space sectors.I\'m currently in charge of coordinating all departments from design to production and maintenance. One of my strongest believing is in co-workers delegation, as this is the key to achieve their growth combined with the chance to maximize their competence in reaching the goals.My best quality is the creative approach to problem solving, and the weakest point is to make always an effort to solve them, but I\'m creatively trying to learn when it is time to quit or just delegate the search for the solution.I also have a deep inclination to training and tutoring.
