Main activities- risk analysis of top-up and withdrawals financial transactions - analysis of customers and their riskiness based on top-up and gaming behavior - implementation of anti-fraud rules for risk mitigation - predictive reports and analyzes to block in advance any fraudulent behavior - correlation analysis on new registrations for the blocking of bonus abusers - research, risk analysis, cost analysis and implementation of new payment systems - forecast of the annual cost relating to the commissions of the payment instruments implemented - periodic verification of costs and analysis of any deviations from the expected budget - ensure that the payment systems implemented operate with a high level of efficiency - analyze failed transactions in order to better maximize conversion rates - report analytic findings to senior management - foster positive relationships with 10+ suppliers - provide exceptional service to all customers, paying special attention to VIP customers and customizing their payment systems, including credit cards and PayPal- responsible for ensuring that online operational processes are operating efficiently and effectively, as well as ensuring that the development, management, and advancement of digital payment systems are in line with corporate strategy - design and devise new customer acquisition channels (i.e. point of sale, web, mobile) in order to facilitate the acquisition of prospect customers
