Directors.• Writing and negotiating LOI’s, Purchase & Sale contracts, NDA’s, and other documents for clients • Identifying business operation inefficiencies and solutions for REITs and large institutions. • Conducting market research and underwriting assets to inform key stakeholders on purchase and selling decisions.• Over $100M in transaction volume, most of which were purchased by Buyers we procured.
