ABOUT MARCO MARTINO

Over the past ten years, I have had a 9-5 job, launched an e-commerce olive oil startup, lived in Italy and Singapore, had two kids, and traveled a lot. In 2020, a few months after settling in Singapore, the Covid pandemic hit our lives. I found myself out of shape and experienced ups and downs. The prolonged lockdown pushed me to focus on myself.\"If you want to be a good dad and husband, you need to become a better man.\"A significant shift occurred in 2021: shutting down my startup and dedicating time to become a full-time dad and focus on self-improvement. The results were transformative, including a 20kg weight loss in just nine months. By July 2022, these efforts culminated in completing a first half Ironman, followed by a marathon, a second half Ironman. My mission now is to embrace solopreneurship and support other dads in balancing family, sport, and work.
