Extensive Sales / industrial Controlling and Planning, and Accounting expertise well developed over the past 20 years in a career which has spanned a wide range of companies. Cross functional experience achieved by ERP implementation projects. Key skills acquired during my previous roles are the ability to successfully implement and manage new Controlling, cost accounting systems and procedures, and support different business areas via ad hoc analisys. I enjoy the challenge of integrating a new system and working with accounting and other teams to ensure a smooth and productive workflow. ACHIEVEMENTS 2019 Aug – today Accounting Principles Transition from OIC to IFRS: First time adoption financial year 2022 SAP implementation: FI module coordinator F&A operations transfer to external shared service center: activity/FTE analysis and tasks definition 2017Jan – 2019 Jul Implementation of Month end Closing and reporting processes: previously non existing, the implementation was finalized in six months.(first closing time 10 days). Time reduction of Month end closing process: in six months the timing went from 10 to 3 working days. The project involved Mother Company and its 8 affiliates. Design of Credit control dedicated reporting Design and implementation of Credit control procedures 2008 Jun - 2016 Dec Design, implementation and follow up of the Monthly Management report: the report worked as platform to monitor and steer the business performance of the Company.
