Guidance on scoping and planning investigations, drafting of investigation questions, and review of investigation reports. Ensuring appropriate correspondence prepared to support processes and documentation.Managing early conciliation conversations with Acas. Supporting in-house legal counsel with response to employment tribunal claims, and case management.Twice extended fixed term contract, currently due to end 30 June 2026.
