I am Professor at the University of Ferrara, Department of law and Admitted to the Italian Bar since I am Member of the Scientific board of the review \"Novità Fiscali\" and of the Editorial board of \"European Tax Studies\",\"International Tax Law Review\" and \"Rivista di diritto finanziario e scienza delle Finanze\". I also act as external Consultant to the Tax Court of Appeal in Emilia Romagna. I have been appointed Visiting Professor by Eötvös Loránd University\'s Senate on July 2021 the Faculty of law till 2031. In 2008 I was appointed Honorary Research Fellow at the Department for business law and taxation of the Monash University in Melbourne where I did research under the supervision of Professor Richard Krever.
