My primary responsibility at HUGO BOSS AG is to ensure the Quality and Governance of Test Automation Projects and Configurations. Collaborating closely with other Test Automation Specialists, I support and manage the technical requirements while providing valuable consultancy services.As the Lead Test Automation Specialist, I take great pride in nurturing talent by providing comprehensive Training to new Test Automation Specialists. Additionally, I conduct Overview training for departments during the introduction of our new Test Automation roll-out. To enhance efficiency and consistency, Together with my team, We have successfully defined general guidelines and policies that standardize test automation practices throughout Hugo Boss.An integral part of my role is leading Technical upgrades and managing projects in parallel to provide seamless support for ongoing initiatives. I also serve as the main point of contact with the Vendor Tricentis, evaluating their technical solutions to optimize deployment.Furthermore, I am actively involved in Hugo Boss\'s business transformation program for SAP S/4 HANA, where I contribute as a Test Automation lead and provide valuable training. This program is essential to position Hugo Boss as a frontrunner in the dynamic digital landscape.Before joining HUGO BOSS, I held the prestigious position of Senior SAP Technology Consultant and Solution Architect at DXC Technology Philippines. In this capacity, I skillfully integrated product solutions such as Solution Manager, S/4 HANA, and Automation Solutions for clients like P&G, Samsonite, Mondelez, and Molson Coors Beer Company. My expertise extends to Application Lifecycle Management, enabling clients to implement proactive monitoring using Solution Manager.My collaborative and results-driven approach has helped me build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
