I help clients navigate the complex laws in the highly regulated industries of alcoholic beverages and healthcare. In the beverage alcohol area, I assist clients in all three tiers of the industry (manufacturers, distributors and retailers) in getting licensed by the California ABC and federal TTB, in complying with trade practices regulations and with respect to license transfers and sales. In the healthcare area, I represent clients with respect to their vendor and consulting contracts, debt/equity investments, and software and other intellectual property licensing matters. I started off my career over 20 years ago as a business transactions lawyer, so I continue to be well-versed in corporate law and finance.
