Responsible for compliance with the schedules and target objectives in terms of volume and time, ensuring features parity between on premise and public environments. Guarantees compliance with OLAs and agreed schedules in line with the time to market formalized with the customer line (captive market). Managing high performing cross-functional teams of Delivery managers, Project Managers, Integration Architects, Competence Centers. Direct and indirect: 60+. Leads L&S, Replatforming & Greenfield migration on GCP and delivery activities on major CSPs (Azure, OCI). In the migration journey to cloud, manages multiple technical programs, projects and initiatives and leads cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts in the planning, and implementation of Cloud Solutions projects. Responsible for compliance with the schedules and target objectives in terms of volume and time, ensuring the minimization of intervention windows and features parity between on premise and public environments. Budgeting for Opex & Capex, Sla & Stakeholders Management. In the context mentioned above, the role is also called upon to support the company\'s transformation process by identifying and applying a \"fast delivery\" model that speeds up the introduction and evolution of new services on the market, in modeling and request for new automation (es. Terraform, Ansible.) and orchestration capabilities (es. ServiceNow), in the identification of converging solutions and processes between on premise and Cloud, in the simplification of the same in the adoption of Agile methodologies where applicable.
