As the, I lead the Corporate Learning Hub for around employees of Italy\'s electricity transmission system operator. My mission is to enhance the Academy\'s role as a strategic partner for Terna’s growth, digitalization, and sustainability. With an Executive MBA and 22 in IT project management, business process re-engineering, and HR process management, I bring a unique combination of technical, business, and people skills to my role.
