As a practitioner of restorative justice, transformative justice, and facilitative mediation, I have developed a knack for asking questions that encourage folx to use their radical imaginations to think up creative ways to get to a better tomorrow. I do not seek to \"empower\" anyone, rather I seek to make people aware of their power. I am consciously aware that every person on this planet brings with them wisdom from their lived experiences, and what skills and strengths I have now are thanks to those with whom I have shared space. Whether I am leading a training or facilitating a difficult conversation, I do my best to create spaces where folx are able to lean into their discomfort and bravely stretch towards new understandings.
