Manage multiple IT integration of newly acquired companies, minimizing business disruption and ensuring the company is maximizing the value of the acquisition through integration. Responsible for working with IT Architects to understand business and technical requirements for IT system integrations. Translate business and technical requirements into integration scope, required services, and an IT integration budget. Provide consultation with the acquiring line of business, the acquired business, the acquired IT team, and other IT and non-IT teams, anticipating needs and applying the benefit of partnership experience and expertise to the engagement.
