I lead Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science at Holidu, Europe\'s leading vacation rental search platform — heading a 20-person team (3 leads, 17 ICs) that ships production models for property ranking, demand forecasting, and multi-agent AI automation. Before Holidu I spent three years at Booking.com, building recommendation systems, user segmentation models, and leading an applied ML team — giving me the experience of ML at genuine internet scale.
