ABOUT MARCO TADDEI
Associate professor in the area of General and Inorganic Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry - University of Pisa. Main interests: inorganic/materials chemistry, with a focus on energy and environment related problems. Expertise: synthesis, structural characterisation using X-ray diffraction, and gas sorption analysis of porous materials. Current research interests: development of new porous materials for carbon dioxide capture, with focus on metal-organic frameworks. Recipient of the 2022 Nasini Medal of the Inorganic Chemistry Division of the Italian Chemical Society and of the 2022 Nardelli Award of the Italian Crystallographic Association. Co-founder and scientific advisor of novoMOF.
