Within the Group HR team, I support the HR Manager Italy in analysing the HR needs and requirements of business (recruitment, training and development) and those operational implementations aimed at improving the well-being and effectiveness of the Italian BU. I also contribute to Group projects by interfacing with European colleagues (in French).Recruitment• Identification of recruitment needs for the BU• Job descriptions Drafting and publications• Short-list presentation to managers• Organizational development and participation of interviews and debriefing• Prepare and make offers to selected candidates• Contracts drafting• Recruitment reports updating• Pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new employees• Managing relations with recruitment companies and headhunters• Managing recruitment budget in support of the HR ManagerTraining• Analysis and support in planning training requirements for all BU employees• Organization of the training agenda• Reporting of training hours and operational monitoring of courses• Document management of satisfaction questionnaires• Managing training budget in support of the HR ManagerOrganisational development• Support in the management and analysis of annual development interview campaigns between employees and managers• Support in the analysis and implementation of professional development and/or organisational transformation projects• Support in the management of annual salary review• Advisory support to managers in the day-to-day management of teams on human resources topics• Contribution to the implementation of employee journey digitalization projects (Group and local) related to LMS (Learning Management System) and Employee Experience tools.
