Mission:Director of sales and business development in terms of budget, profitability, customer management and correct positioning of the Max Mara Brands in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Baltics and Bulgaria. Has direct responsibility on all resources of the Commercial Department assigned (employees, investments, costs), with a view on achieving business objectives and ensuring the ongoing implementation of strategies for the sustainability and growth of the Brands and the market managed.Key responsibilities:• Defines the development of the assigned Brands and market penetration strategies in the reference geographical areas, in line with Brand philosophy;• Directs and controls all assigned resources (employees, investments, costs) and activities related to the commercial area, ensuring the implementation of strategies and directing the sales network in order to have consistent commercial development of the assigned country;• Manages the budget in accordance with the strategic and operational plans of the assigned country, ensuring sales development in terms of profitability and credit management;• Analyses, interprets and forecasts market developments and trends in the assigned countries, in order to identify new business opportunities;• Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within his function in relation to both the management of processes and relations with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business of the assigned countries;• Adopts behaviours and promotes operational/cultural actions for sustainable development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes and the organizational community;• Promotes the development of training/learning of the role through self, digital and collaborative learning activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its responsibilities.
