I have worked many years in the field of the economic and statistical analysis both at academic and at private level. I had the possibility to develop important skills in data collection, elaboration and analysis. At the same time, within the projects that I supervised, I also had the opportunity to deal with people management and incentives systems.At CRENoS, I led a team of 6 interviewers-analysts, increasing their performance by 10% through an incentives system tailored on group characteristics.
