Design and development of microwave hardware, including modelling, analysis, and simulation with engineering CAD. Integration, verification, and validation: guaranteeing functionality and compliance of designed hardware across all phases. Requirements management and traceability: managing requirement flow and ensuring full traceability through IBM DOORS NG, while authoring technical documentation to support all phases of the engineering development process. Microwave laboratory coordination: managing testing activities with engineering teams, ensuring proper functionality and availability of instruments and facilities. Product management responsibilities- End-to-end project ownership, from specification to delivery- Cost and effort estimation, preparing detailed forecasts of budget and hours- Work Package management, monitoring activities and securing milestone achievement- Cross-functional coordination, leading multidisciplinary teams and participating in formal reviews- Progress tracking and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.
