ABOUT MARCO SALVADOR
I am a third-year Economics and Political Science student on the Pre-Law track at the University of Florida. My involvements range from financial experience, partaking in various selective leadership cohorts at my institution, and currently serving as a student representative in the University of Florida Student Senate. Recently, I was humbled to be elected UF\'s next Student Body Treasurer.Additionally, I began my own student organization on campus focusing primarily on the protection of democratic processes at a global scale. This organization, titled \"The Democracy Project\", serves as a platform for the leaders of tomorrow to share their perspectives on democracy as a system of governance, learn about the difficulty of democratization, and define what our role is in upholding it.
